The Connection Between Sleep & Manifesting (Subconscious Mind Impression)

Dec 01, 2021

"In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon man, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth up the ears of men and sealeth their instruction."

"And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam"

"It was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother's house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me."

It is in sleep and in prayer, a state akin to sleep, that man enters the subconscious to make his impressions and receive his instructions. In these states the conscious and subconscious are creatively joined. The male and female become one flesh. Sleep is the time when the male or conscious mind turns from the world of sense to seek its lover or subconscious self.

Dreams are a symbolic representation of the subconscious mind. What is in our subconscious, and what is given us from God via Vision and Premonition, all enter our dreams which is when we sleep. Sleep, being connected intimately with the subconscious mind, is a perfect time to create our realities.

Repeating an imaginal act until we fall asleep is the key to insure our imaginal act comes to pass.

The conscious mind is the doorway and protector of the subconscious mind. The subconscious and the conscious are also intimately connected, as we receive impulses and thoughts from the subconscious mind. The conscious mind also feeds ideas and impressions into the subconscious, which is non-selective.

"By this process we manifest our desires. But how do we allow a thought, idea, or imaginal act into the subconscious mind without it being blocked by the conscious mind? The answer is: before bed. Before bed the conscious minds blocking power is limited. Things easily seep into the subconscious when the conscious mind is tired. So, therefore, in a drowsy, sleepy state, our ultimate goal is to hold our attention, to allow ourself to fall asleep, but at the same time still have conscious control of our mind. The image we are imagining, if we bring it into the chamber of her that conceived us, or the subconscious we will have what we want." -- Neville Goddard

Choose something short and concise to imagine but make sure it implies that you have already received (past tense) your goal. Its already a done deal. That should be the criteria of the scene. And also, make it short so you can loop it over and over easily. Complexity will jolt you out of the sleepy state.

Once youve figured out your scene Lay down and imagine it. Imagine it over and over and over again until it takes on the tones of reality. After that, keep doing it and let yourself fall asleep. The naturalness and allowance to sleep will come from the repetition that allows you to NOT USE EFFORT.

So plan it, and then do it. Dont waste your sleep for it is one of the sure-fire ways to receive your manifestation every single time.

SLEEP is the doorway into the subconscious mind. It is the most effective way to deliberately change your reality. When we go into a State Akin to Sleep, when we meditate before imagining, when we listen to a meditation tape, when we count backward, those are all ways to dim the conscious mind and penetrate them with imaginal acts. We were meant to create during night.

"Do not let the sun go down upon your wrath", is a statement which implies that when you sleep, the state you go to bed in is what manifests in your life. The connection between sleep and manifestation is inseparable. Utilize your sleep, plan your imaginal acts, and deliberately visualize them or imagine them until you fall into slumber. Your WISH is your sleep's command.
