Revision -- Recreating the Past
Aug 24, 2018Revision. One thing I do on a regular basis is at the end of the day I relive the moment of the day that I wished were changed -- except I relive them they way I desire for them to be lived.
You can use this anywhere. You can use it on the deep, dark past -- or you can use it day by day, or moment by moment.
I don't always remember to do this, and when I don't -- I pay. But when I do, and I wish I remembered more often, things change. Not only does it change my memory of the things that happened in the past, but the subconscious mind has a way of CHANGING the past.
A lot of my life is revised. If the past is to recreated the future, based on my imagination and memories, then I would have been doomed. The curtains would have closed, long ago.
Luckily, I have found the technique of revision where I go back in time, replay an event that had caused me to be driven by the fear it created, and change it.
Don't miss a beat!
